This document sets out all the terms for using the 777h platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering an account.

1. Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 777h platform ("Site", "Platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By visiting the 777h website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

777h operates a safe and reliable online casino and sports betting platform for Bangladeshi users. We protect every member's experience through SSL encryption and fair play assurance.

The content of these Terms is organised by section — please read each section carefully, especially those relating to age verification, deposits and withdrawals, and bonuses.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

21+ You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use any service on the 777h platform. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

  3. One Account: Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.
  4. Playing on Your Own Behalf: You confirm that you are playing entirely in your own interest and using your own funds, not on behalf of anyone else.

3. Account Registration and Security

To create an account on 777h you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Security

  1. It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with any third party.
  2. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 777h support team immediately.
  3. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, unless you have informed us of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

3.2 Account Verification

777h may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time for security purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. 777h also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without notice in cases of Terms violations.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

777h currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

  1. When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name.
  2. Deposits made using a third party's payment account are prohibited.
  3. If a deposit transaction fails, the amount provided will generally be returned automatically to the source account; if not, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processed withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

  1. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account used at the time of deposit.
  2. Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed until account verification is complete.
  3. 777h reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.
  4. Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements (see Section 5) have been met.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 is offered on your first deposit at 777h.

  1. Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
  2. Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times) — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

  1. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  2. Wagering counts only for bets placed on eligible games. Wagering contribution may be limited or excluded for certain games or markets.
  3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit. If incomplete when the time limit expires, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited.
  4. Eligibility to receive a bonus depends on the specific terms of each promotion. Contact the support team for the latest information.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, collaborative betting, or any other fraudulent activity — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

777h has three VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

  1. Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  2. Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  3. Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. 777h reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.

Cashback is generally credited to eligible members' accounts each week. Cashback may have its own wagering requirements — contact support for details.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

777h operates on the basis of fair play and integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  1. Cheating and Hacking: Attempting to gain an advantage on the platform through any software, bot, script, or other automated method.
  2. Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder money by depositing or withdrawing funds from illegal sources.
  3. Collaborative Betting: Multiple accounts or individuals working together to harm the platform.
  4. Selling or Transferring Accounts: Selling, renting, or transferring an account to a third party.
  5. False Information: Providing false information regarding identity, age, or payment.

If any of the above violations are detected, 777h may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the balance. The matter may be referred to law enforcement if necessary.
